Warranty & Complaints

At Nivie Naturals we attach great importance to the quality of our products and strive to deliver them to you in optimum condition. However, if something does go wrong during transport or for any other reason that entitles you to a warranty claim, we are responsible under European law for any defect that comes to light within two years of delivery. You may also have additional rights under Dutch law.

If you discover or should discover a defect in a product, we ask you to contact us within a reasonable period of time. This period is in any case two months, although under certain circumstances a longer period may also be acceptable. If you contact us in time, we will arrange for the repair or replacement of the product free of charge.

It can always happen that something does not go exactly as planned. We advise you to first report complaints to us by sending an email to Info@ NivieNaturals .nl . Consumers in the EU can also file complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr . If your complaint is not yet being handled elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform."
