Delivery in the Netherlands:

• Orders placed before 12:00: Shipped the next business day between 9:00 and 22:00 via PostNL.

Postage costs:

• Free shipping for orders over €50,-
• Standard shipping: €6.95

Delivery in Belgium:

• Orders placed before 5pm: Shipped the next business day between 9am and 10pm via Trunkers.

Postage costs:

• Free shipping for orders over €50,-
• Standard shipping: €8.95

Worldwide Shipping:

• We offer worldwide shipping on all orders.
• Orders will be shipped within 2 business days.
• Delivery time: 6-8 working days.

Delivery times of different products

There is a difference in some products in terms of delivery times. The delivery times are indicated with the products. If you have different products with different delivery times in your shopping cart, the delivery time of the longest delivery date applies. You can therefore expect all your products around this date.

Return Policy

At Nivienaturals.nl we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Below are the details of our returns policy:

Returns and refunds period:

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately €6.95 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates.

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to sell the product, we can pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. Therefore, treat the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.

To exercise this right, you can contact us via info@nivienaturals.nl . We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after notification of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
